Hallo, ich habe eine SBB GA Karte und fahre viel nach Konstanz.
Ich möchte wissen, ob die SBB GA Karte z.B. Stadtverkehr in Konstanz beinhaltet, z.B. Bus 908? Es wäre sehr dankbar, wenn Sie Details teilen könnten.

The GA is valid to Konstanz on SBB services, but not for Konstanz city transport. You need an extra ticket. If you often travel to Konstanz, there is a combination offer, OSTWIND-VHB. See: Network-connecting tickets | OSTWIND - connecting since 20 years.

It is so weird since I typed it in English and am unsure how it came out in Chinese.

I would like to ask a further question if it is possible.

I really appreciate what you shared and the question is

GA does not include Konstanz transportation but seems like only bus #908 is included. Also, someone supposedly tested that successfully (there was a staff checking tickets at that time).
What I’m asking is where is this information specified since when I asked the SBB counter staff and they said none of it was included either.

I checked with the colleagues at Konstanz station. The GA is valid to Konstanz; however, it is not valid for the city buses operated by Stadtwerke Konstanz.
