Help with tickets needed

Hi. I am flying in to Basel on the 14.10. On 15.10 I am travelling to Fribourg to stay with a friend. I want to buy train tickets Basel-Fribourg, but I am very confused. The sbb website gives me only 2 options: 17.40 CHF super-saver ticket and 26.50 CHF point-to-point ticket. I don’t want to buy the super saver card, as it’s not worth it - I will only travel this one time that day. So I wanted to buy the 26.50 point to point ticket - but when I proceed with the purchase, it says that it’s only for half-fare travel card holders? (Which again, works out too expensive for this one journey). How do I buy a normal point-to-point ticket? Or do I need to have travel card anyway to be able to buy any normal train ticket in Switzerland? Please help - thank you in advance!

Supersaver and point-to-point tickets are also available without half fare cards, you must define the passenger without any discount to see the full price (53 CHF for point-to-point tickets ans less for Supersaver tickets). Supersaver tickets are not exchangeable and not refundable and you must take the selected trains.

If you opt for a point-to-point ticket valid in every train, I suggest to buy it on the day of travel and not in advance. Such tickets are also available on vending machines or at the ticket office.

You could buy a supersaver ticket, CHF 35.80 from Basel Airport to Fribourg (Switzerland)but at your own risk,you if your airplane arrives late. In this case you can refund your supersaver ticket with fee 10 CHF but you have to buy a new ticket, without discount.
