Dear Madam / Sir,
We have just returned from a trip to Europe that included Switzerland with my sister. My sister and I purchased the Saver Day Pass dated 28/03/2023. Due to the delay in the Bern-Olten train service with the date of 28.03.2023 at 00:02, we missed the last train service to the house we stayed. Due to this delay, I told the attendant that I would miss the last train ride to home, but there was no change, and we had to miss the last train ride to home because we arrived late at the train station. In short, we stayed outside in the cold at night due to the delay caused by you.
When we asked what we could do at the train station, the SBB officer suggested we take a taxi, gave us the card with SBB’s contact information, and said that SBB will refund us the taxi fare and ticket price when we inform SBB about the situation. In short, we took a taxi to the house due to the delay of the train service caused by SBB. The taxi fare cost 146.70 CHF. Two Saver Day Passes cost 122 CHF. We were a victim of this delay caused by SBB and I want the ticket fees and taxi fare, which is 268.70 CHF in total, to be refunded to my bank account.
