I purchase a saver pass and ticket at the Zurich airport ststion. Their card reader was not working well that day and I tried a debit and a credit card. Now I have charges for the same pass and ticket on both may cards for around 230 Euros. How can I get a credit back on one of my cards? I am now in France and it has been hard to call SBB.
