Bought a super saver ticket with reduced fare 1/2 by mistake

I’ve purchased a super saver ticket and by mistake selected the option of reduced fare ½ instead of full fare. Is it possible to use the same ticket but without Half-Fare travelcard? I still want the ticket (with the same day and time) but without Half-Fare travelcard, can I still use the tickets I’ve purchased and just pay the additional amount needed?

If yes, how do I do it? Thanks in advance

The saver day pass can only be refunded in accordance with tariff T600.9:

A refund is only possible if the purchase of a correct new ticket can be proven (schedule, first name, last name, and date of birth of the traveler must be identical). In this case, a full refund should always be granted.

You can simply purchase another half fare point-to-point ticket at regular fare (not supersaver fare!) for the same route, day and person. It is valid together with your already purchased supersaver ticket.
