Hello, I am traveling from UK to Switzerland next week for 5 days. I would like to know if “Day Pass for 2” is available to tourists with Swiss Half Fare Card. I read in the forum that it was unavailable for tourists last year and a tourist had to pay penalty. Thank you.

The Day Pass for 2 is primarily destined for residents, to promote the resident half fare card.
This year, however, tourists are not excluded and you are welcome to use it with your Swiss Half Fare Card. It is, by the way, clearly stated on the product landing page:
