The SBB Community is a customer support platform run by volunteers, we are not the SBB Customer Service. Normally, we offer assistance for questions on tickets and travel plans.
However, there is help even for your question: we can connect you with the team responsible for the displays. I will ask our community manager @RomanoS to send you a private message over this platform, to exchange your contact details. They can be forwarded to the responsible team.
For data protection reasons we cannot publicly share employee contact details and other confidential data through this platform.
