I bought the Swiss Travel Pass and want to book the Matterhorn Peak2Peak ticket. It is asking me for my ‘Customer Number’ to get the 50% discount. I cannot find this anywhere. Please can anyone help

As a tourist you cannot purchase this offer online. Get it on-site.

As a general advice, do not book mountain excursion tickets in advance. It would mean lost money in case of bad weather or storm.

Thanks Roland! Will the activities get booked out if i dont prebook them? I will be getting up early and being at the mountains first thing in the morning to hopefully have the best view. Im concerned ill miss out if i dont prebook, or are there unlimited amount of spots for going up the mountains? Thanks again!

No, such activities do not sell out, or barely. If you travel the next weeks, you no longer travel in peak season.

Here, the weather cannot be predicted reliably more than two days out. So book. it once you are here and the weather looks like to be your friend.
