Anuvatc I purchased Swiss Travel Pass online and selected start date of Dec 21,24. However the actual pass I got show validity of the date I purchased (Oct 9,24). What should I do??
RolandP Hello Anuvatc You have to immediately call SBB to stop your Swiss Travel Pass: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times may occur). Unfortunately, there is no other way to contact SBB urgently. Kind regards, Roland
