Arriving from the airport, using a Supersaver ticket is indeed not a good idea.
Apparently you did not travel on the trains you were supposed to, therefore the conductor sold you new tickets. You can be lucky that he did not charge you each the surcharge of CHF 90 in addition, for not having valid tickets.
You can try to refund the Supersaver tickets (aministration fee: CHF 10).
