If the ticket’s validity is not today, and you purchased it with your account, you can simply cancel it and repurchase and you purchased it as a guest, you can ask for a manual refund using this form; the refund processing fee is CHF 10. Krist No. A ticket from Geneva to Bulle allows you to travel from Geneva to Bulle, not the other way round. But you can of course have the ticket refunded.
