Have you already tried logging out and logging back into the app?
Also check the stability of your Internet connection and make sure you have the latest version of the SBB Mobile App.
If the error persists, I recommend that you contact us via the contact form in the app. Send us a screenshot of the error and when it occurred. We will be happy to clarify this for you.
