Add RhB tickets to SBB account?

I purchased Saver Day Pass while I was logged in with my SBB SwissPass account on the RhB website. I noticed that the tickets are not showing up in my SBB app/website account. I know they are two different companies, but is there a way to add the tickets to my SBB account AFTER I already purchased? I also realize that it may have been better to purchase the tickets from SBB instead of RhB - this is the base ticket for the Glacier Express so I just stayed on that website and purchased the tickets 🙁 ..Thank you.

It is not possible to add tickets retrospectively to the SBB Mobile app.

The RhB webshop sells valid tickets; however, they are ‘travel agency’ tickets that cannot be synched with your SBB (SwissPass) account.

For now, you can just use the ticket’s PDF together with your physical passport or ID card.

For further ticket purchases, simply purchase from SBB. In Switzerland, we have a fully integrated ticketing system; this means, no matter which public transit service you gonna take, and regardless the operator of the service, you can purchase the ticket from SBB.
