I signed up for SwissPass account. But could not receive message to verify my mobile. There is no customer number. How do I go about buying the Swiss Pass? Thank you.

And there is a problem to indicate my mobile number - in Singapore, we do not have area code. Tried a number of times, but did not get any message to verify to confirm my contact number.

It is because you are about to sign up for the Swiss Pass, a resident product, while you probably wish to purchase the Swiss Travel Pass, the tourist travel pass for public transportation in Switzerland.
