It would mean a cancellation of your existing ticket and a complete repurchase according to the current fare, this may result in higher cost.
Provided you have purchased the tickets with SBB: please check with SBB, as international tickets can only be cancelled by phone (+41 51 225 78 56, 24/7) or in person at the station.
