We are tourist traveling on the bus number 9 from St Moritz to the city Center and my digital card was on the mobile phone which can’t switch on due to low battery. The bus staff was not understanding even though we showed our hotel card and accompanied us back to the hotel and demanded us to pay CHF 10 even though we didn’t complete the bus trip ! The woman used her foreign language to speak behind my back ! I am very upset about the situation. Especially since there was no sympathy or kindness even when we proofed ourselves as hotel guest. Since all tourists are provided with the digital tourist travel card from the hotel! They doubted us!
