Can someone tell me why sometimes the app displays that the bus is late and sometimes it doesn’t?!

You may have technical problems with the interface between PostBus and the SBB or any other software and realtime data are not transferred.

The SBB Mobile app can only display the updated timetable if the delay notification has correctly been transmitted by the individual operator.

If you need proof of a delayed Postbus, please take a photo of the screen with the timetable information on the Postbus or a screenshot of the online timetable just before getting off at your stop.
