We recently paid for our annual Demi-tariff for us 2 parents and older son, the youngest is under 16 and has a disability and did not have to pay after we provided a SBB form signed by our doctor confirming the disability.
Question: Will SBB refund the annual Demi-tariff for one parent as he/she will accompany our disabled son?
An email adress of SBB would be appreciated. We called numerous SBB numbers and seem to run in circles. Alternatively an expert advice would we appreciated too. Thank you
