Kachoofairr44 Are there any options for sending bags that are over 23 kgs? I will have two bags that are 31 kgs and am wondering if I can pay an overweight fee or if they will not take my bags at all.
RolandP Hello Kachoofairr44 The total allowance per bag is 23 KGS; there is no possibility to pay a XBAG fee. You have to transport the baggage yourself or divide it into two. Kind regards, Roland
