Booking for wrong date

Hello,
I booked by mistake a day pass for two, for the 27th of October (booked on the 26th of October).I needed a day pass for two for the 28th of October. On the 28th morning I realized my mistake and I booked a new one for this day. Is there any chance to get a refund for the ticket on the 27th?

Unfortunately, no, for two reasons:

the Day Pass for 2 cannot be refunded
refundable tickets are only refunded if they were returned before the first day of validity or with an attestation about the non-use issued by an employee.
