I bought a ticket Bern-Zurich, but the departure time of my train from Zurich was changed an hour earlier. Can I travel by train from Bern to Zurich an hour earlier on my purchased ticket or do I need to change the travel time on my ticket? If you need to change the travel time, please tell me how to do it. Thank you!

Do you want to take an earlier train for personal reasons or was this change of timetable announced by SBB?

In the first case, what kind of ticket so you have? With a point-to-point ticket or a Saver Day Pass you can take an earlier train with the same ticket.

With a Supersaver Ticket it is not allowed. You must buy a new ticket a get a refund of the Supersaver Ticket with a fee of 10 CHF. Call the Contact Center of the SBB with this number or visit a ticket office in Switzerland:

What train are you taking from Zurich?

Normally when travelling Bern - Zurich - Somewhere the right thing to do is buy a ticket Bern - Somewhere, and not separate tickets.
However, if for some reason you did buy the tickets separately the connection is still protected. So if your second train’s schedule was moved forward you can take an earlier train to connect with it, even if you bought a discounted ticket.
