GA travelcard correction

Hello,

I am a student in Zurich, doing my internship in Neuchatel for the next 5 more months. On October 15th I bought a monthly GA ticket, however, since I didn’t manage to find the room in Neuchatel, I will commute during all 6 months of the internship. Is it possible to just correct my choice of monthly GA and start 6-months GA from the day I bought monthly one? I.e. to delete my monthly GA and start 6-month GA from October 15th?

The 1-month GA Travelcard is generally non-refundable, except in the case of the purchase of a monthly or annual GA Travelcard. To find out exactly from what date your subscription can be backdated, I recommend that you visit any SBB ticket office. You can find our opening hours here.
