Serious issue for not being able to return the ticket

I purchased a ticket yesterday from Innsbruck to Lausanne. However the SBB didn’t give me the half price after I signed in my account and instead charged me the full price. Then I realized I purchased the wrong date so I had to repurchase again the same ticket for today’s travel. The employees told me I can get my refund for my last ticket at the station. But the people say there’s no way. I don’t understand this at all I’m really angry about it. I need my refund back.
