RolandP Hello Meacheetti57 Any suggestions? Yes, talk to a human 🙂 Please call the SBB Contact Center at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or see an agent in a travel center at the station. The latter is anyway required if you need a new transitory Half Fare Card. Kind regards, Roland
