Super saver ticket refund

I bought a super saver ticket but I know I will not be able to use it anyway. How can I get it refunded?

A Supersaver ticket can only be refunded within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. Later, Supersaver tickets are non-refundable.

Hi, in the app, I see the option Refund ticket > Supersaver ticket not used. As I understand it, I can get a refund for the Supersaver ticket (subtracting the admin. fee of 10 CHF) if I buy a standard tariff ticket for the same route and date and I enter the new ticket ID in the refund request.
My question is: do I have to buy the ticket before or after the Supersaver ticket journey has begun?

Yes, correct. You have to purchase the new regular ticket first, then you can request a refund.

It was not obvious from your inital question; there you said, you are unable to use it, not about a repurchase.
