How to change my date of birth on a supersaver train ticket

When buying my train tickets, the date automatically subtracted one day (for example, Feb 13 changed to Feb 12) without me being able to do anything. So I added a day to all the birthdays so they would come out correct (I put Feb 14th so it appeared as the correct 13th). When I bought the tickets however, all birthdays were 1 day off. How do I correct this?

We, the SBB Community, are aware of this issue and, according to the statement from @RomanoS, SBB is about to work on a resolution. Since this is a technical glitch, you can ask SBB to alter your date of birth.

For short-term travel, kindly contact the SBB Contact Center, +41 51 225 78 00. Have your tickets ready as you will need the ticket number.
