First of all, this is a costumer forum, where customers of the SBB help other customers so we sadly cant look into more details other than the ones given by you.
About the charge to your card. With all banks I’ve worked before and had an account with I was able to see the status of the transaction, so I am not quite sure how to confirm if you were charged correctly. And the over the website with help and contact you can submit a form which is almost the same as an e-mail. The SBB doesnt have an official E-Mail address due to different reasons.
