I will be travel to swiss on apr 2025, plan to buy a half fare price and bernese oberland pass, I understand i can add a half fare price pass at sbb but not for oberland, can you kindly advice me how to book a ticket if i wanna travel from geneva airport to interlaken ost? using the benifits of both half fare price and oberland pass? tyvm

I think that it is better to buy tickets with your Swiss Half Fare Card from Geneva Airport to Interlaken Ost for the first and last days of your trip and don’t include these days in the Berner Oberland Pass.

Don’t buy a Supersaver Ticket between Geneva Airport and Interlaken, if your flight is late this ticket will be no more valid.

For the last day, you can buy a Supersaver Ticket, but you must take the selected trains and such tickets are not refundable.

With a Swiss Half Fare Card, you can buy the Berner Oberland Pass at a reduced price.

There are no special requirements for supersaver tickets. These tickets are discounted (and the HFC gives a further discount) but need to be purchased in advance.
And whereas normal tickets are for a route, and thus good for any train on that route, supersaver tickets are only for the train you selected.

Regarding your other questions:

When you buy tickets you just indicate that you have the HFC if you plan to be in posession of one while travelling. This is not really checked during purchase, only when travelling.
For Geneva - Interlaken the best ticket is probably going to be a Saver Day Pass. Just buy that as soon as you have your flight booked.
The Berner Oberland pass is further reduced in price when you have the HFC, so do not forget to indicate that when you buy it,
If you buy it online just store the PDF you receive on your phone, and display the QR code when requested. You cannot store it in the SBB app, that is correct.
Make an account on www.sbb.ch before buying anything. Then purchase your HFC, tickets, day passes etc. using that account, so they appear in the app on your phone.
