I bought a ticket but not shown under “Orders” menu.

Is there any way to add my tickets into my account so that I can see my tickets in the web site or SBB app?

Of course, I have a pdf version of ticket including my order number.

Thank you for your request.

If you bought your tickets as a guest, they cannot be integrated into the app afterwards. In the future, redeem your tickets with your login, so that you can see the tickets under your orders and in the app.
