Specific train time on Supersaver Ticket

Hi, I am looking at a supersaver ticket for a specific time. Example 16:10PM. I am seeing where it says the ticket must be used on the same train, connection, etc that is purchased, but does that also mean my supersaver ticket is only valid for that exact time? Or can I purchase the SST for 16:10PM, but then decide to take the train before that going in the same direction, same connection, etc?

You must take the train mentioned on the ticket, you cannot travel earlier or later.

The only exceptions are if the train is delayed and you miss a connection or if the train is cancelled, you can take the next available train.
