Payment not being accepted /need a contact info #

Hello,
I keep having issues with trying to pay for passes. It gives me the message "the payment process was rejected by the financial institution Please repeat the process with a different payment method. When I do that, it gives me a different message saying to try again. I cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss Ideas? The one contact phone # on the site doesn’t seem to work for me no matter how many ways I try it

You need to contact your financial institution, as it is they that are blocking it.
However, if that all fails, you can still just go to the ticket counter when you arrive here, and buy your passes.

I was able to contact SBB through the app CHAT as I was unable to make a phone call (found out their international number isn’t easy to find but does exist)
They mentioned something about a contact FORM. Do you know where this is? Since I am trying to buy a SDP I would need to buy ahead.

For the majority of European webshops, including the one from SBB, you must have 3D Secure ID activated with your credit card.
This is an additional security layer also known as 2FA authentication. Talk to your card issuer to know if your card has it activated.

Furthermore, while purchasing a ticket, entering all passenger data in full capital letters is recommended.
