checking the ticket number

Hi, I just booked two tickets (saver offer), but I only received a pdf ticket. Where can I find the number of the ticket? Is it not displayed on the ticket? (Order no: •••••••••••••)

Why do you need the ticket number? This is something the ticket inspector would need, if at all.

It is correct that tickets are sent as PDF; one PDF for each ticket.

The ticket number is in the upper right corner, above the passenger’s name.

We discourage you from mentioning order numbers or other ticket details in a publicly accessible forum as ours. Such data, including your personal data, could be abused.

May I know how many tickets have been paid for? I paid for 2 people and only received one ticket. I suspect the payment is wrong.

If you paid for two, you should have received two PDF tickets…

Please send me a screenshot of the payment confirmation e-mail that was sent to your e-mail after purchase. You can send a private message if you click on my nickname. I will quickly check it.

I checked the ticket which you had sent through a private message.

This is not a Saver ticket. It is a normal point-to-point ticket valid for one person. If you do not want it, you can still ask for a refund (cancellation fee is CHF 10 if you have purchased it as a guest).
