If you are talking about the Swiss Travel Pass, it is not possible to link it to the SBB Mobile app. If you are talking about the Swiss Pass, follow the instructions below
To synchronise the data of the physical SwissPass card and the digital SwissPass in the SBB Mobile app, you have the following options:
Show the new, physical SwissPass card to the train crew for inspection on your next trip. As soon the new SwissPass card has been scanned by the train crew the data is synchronised immediately.
Without presenting the physical card, the data in the SwissPass will be automatically updated 30 days after the new SwissPass card has been issued.
