Hello,
I got a 90chf fine about 2 weeks ago, and after calling the service center and explaining my case, they said they can offer a commercial gesture and decrease the fine to 10chf.
It’s been a week now, and I still didn’t receive a new invoice.
Does anyone know what happens in this case: should I receive a new invoice for 10 chf and just disregard the old 90chf invoice?
