I forgot to apply my half fare card

I bought the ticket but forgot to apply the half fare card. Is there a way to apply it without paying the 10chf cancellation fee?

A (Swiss) Half Fare Card is not needed ro purchase tickets. You must be in the posession of it before you get on board a public transit service.

You can get the (Swiss) Half Fare Card online or at the SBB Travel Center.

If you bought your ticket after having logged in to the site you should be able to cancel it without penalty, and just buy a new one.
