Hi, I am not in Switzerland anymore and I noticed that SBB cut my money from my card even though my locket didnt open. I paid twice, once for locker 304 and since that did not open i paid second time for locker 306. I thought i would get the money back for locker 304 since it never opened. But the money is cut from my bank account.
What should i do? I am unable to contact SBB at their contact number because my call doesnt connect. There is no email either. Should i start a chargeback with my bank? It is only 10€ but still I would like to have my money back.
