Hello! I have a situation for Bernina tickets. I bought the tickets and then when i want to reserve seats i found that are no seats available. How can i have the refund now?

You can travel in the three first cars of the Bernina Express trains without reservation or, if you have a Point-to-point ticket or a Saver Day Pass, you can travel in every other regional train on the same line during the day of validity without reservation.

For seat reservations, have you had a look at the Bernina Express operator’s website responsible for the seat reservation management, yes?

So, for shure we can travel without seat reservation, yes?

With that ticket you can travel on any train on the route for the whol day on Dec 7, and until 5:00 on Dec 8. This ticket is for a route, not a train. (In fact, you cannot buy a “train” ticket in Switzerland).
The named Bernina Express trains have compulsory reservation in the Panorama cars, but there are also other cars on that train that do not require reservation, and you can of course take other trains as well.

Yes. But the route is Tirano st. Moritz and we are 4 persons. There are no places on the official website.

Which train are you trying to book seats on?

Looks like the 10:06 is indeed booked out. But the 14:24 still has seats. But I would not travel that late. Just take a normal train, and enjoy the trip. The scenery is the same regardless.
