Ticket to Milan - Error code: JIS-2001

I’m unable to buy a ticket to Milan from Zurich on any date after December 14
This situation has been like this for several weeks.
You can buy a ticket until December 14 inclusive, but after that date for example a ticket for December 21, You’ll get Error code JIS-2001.

May be there are some issues between SBB App and ticketshop Trenitalia.

You may ask assistance at SBB travelcenter or SBB Contat Center or Trenitalia.com.

The opening of ticket sales for train tickets to Italy is in the responsibility of Trenitalia.
You may check their ticket shop for any availabilities. Due to the annual timetable change, it might be that not all trains are open yet for bookings, which is totally normal for tickets to Italy.
