Had to purchase double ticket for Technical Issue in SBB app

Hi Team,

I needed to purchase separate 24 hour zone ticket due to technical issue of SBB app. Also in the morning I used Easy ride.

Can you please refund 6.4 chf of 24 hour Zone ticket that I needed to purchase ?
