On 8th Nov, I travelled from Zurich airport to Jungfraujouch. I have eurorail pass, however i brough another ticket from SBB to Jungfraujouch, becasue in Eurorail it is showing journey is not covered till jungfraujouch. I paid CFH 196.00 for two audlts. Later i paid CHF 105.20 for Eiger express and another train to reach Jungfraujouch. Later i reach out to Euro rail customer care they said my euro rail pass is valid till interlaken OST. it is a duplicate of tickets i brough from SBB, which i have euro pass till interlaken OST and extension ticket i have taken in eiger express. The staff in the counter at eiger express, didn’t guide me or he was unable to understand english. This confusion has lead me to buy extra ticket which is CHF 198. can you please refund the amount. Now i return to india and unable to call you.
