I purchased the Florence->Milano->Spitz section ⅗/2023 as a non-member.
I’m done with the payment, but I can’t check the train ticket.
I booked tickets for two people, Jiyounglee and Jinho Kim at once, but it’s not being checked
Please request a refund for the ticket. Or please let me know how I can look up as a non-member
