If the date of birth has got a typo, this is not an issue as long as the year is not wrong in such a way that the person will benefit from (children) discounts.
I assume the names are correct and according to the passport.
We do not recommend purchasing tickets from resellers. Purchase the tickets from sbb.ch or with the SBB Mobile app. By doing so, you can contact SBB whenever you have got a problem with your ticket. No resident ever purchases domestic tickets from Trainline, Omio, or Klook.
