Query about tickets and payment

Hi everybody,
I am trying to buy tickets for the Regional Bernina from Tirano to St. Moritz (11:41) for the fourth of January 2025. Through the page I could book the train (go and back) but when I want to pay the tickets with the credit card they said they couldn`t do the payment. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe your credit card is not accepted. SBB is picky when it comes to “Cardholder not present” transactions.
Alternatively just buy the ticket at the station in Tirano. Using a credit card in person is not a big problem.
