Hello, I have recently received an email from SBB saying my Half Fare Card is blocked, as I did not renew it, and it will soon be sent into poursuite. I called them, as this is incorrect — I renewed it a few weeks ago.
On the phone, I was told it was because I paid to renew my card online, so instead, it opened a new one, and the other one remains unpaid, which is quite stressful.
I am currently in the army, so I am not available on weekdays to visit SBB.
I was told that they could not do anything over the phone, as they don’t have any power over the invoice system, and I had to write to SBB with a link they sent me - but there’s no way to contact SBB through the link to the website or at least none to be found easily.
I spent over an hour trying to find an email or a contact form — could not find anything besides this. I cannot visit an office because, as I said earlier, I am currently in the army. I don’t know how to contact them to cancel this wrong bill and I’m worried it will be sent into pursuits.
How can I contact them by writing to cancel this wrong bill and avoid all these issues?
I would also like to note that it’s ridiculous there’s no email in easy access to write to SBB.
