Hello, I’m wondering what can I do if I purchased a wrong validation ZVV 24h-Ticket?
My case is my ZVV 24h-Ticket is valid from 12.DEC2024 12:49 - 13.DEC2024 12:49, but my flight actually will arrive Zurich airport in the morning, around 08:00. In this case, I cannot travel with my ZVV 24h-Ticket, am I correct? What can I do for the adjustment? Thank you so much!
