Hello everyone!
I purchased 3 Swiss Travel Passes online because I wasn’t aware that a physical card is required to get the discount for the Glacier Paradise and Gornergrat ascent in Zermatt.

Could you please help me?
It’s possibel send me the physical cards to my address in Portugal?

Physical cards are only available for Swiss residents and Swiss Travel Passes cannot be loaded on these cards.

You can buy the discounted tickets at the ticket offices of the railway/cable car in Zermatt. It is not recommended to buy such tickets in advance, wait to be sure that the weather is good.

This is definitely some misunderstanding.
The “electronic” STP you already got entitles you to buy those tickets at half (= child) fare on-site at the ticket offices. As Danhiel already mentioned above, buying such expensive tickets in advance even qualifies as severe mistake in case of bad weather. Only buy them on site when you’re sure the weather will be acceptable or after you’ve already checked real-time summit webcams.
