If I renew my half tax plus before the subscription automatically renew itself, does it start a new 12 month period of subscription?
For example:
I have a half tax plus 1000 subscription from 1 Jan 24 to 31 Dec 24. I used all my credit by 31 Oct 24, and I renew it on that day, so I get another 1000 starting 1 Nov 24. Does this mean my new subscription period is now 1 Nov 24 to 31 Oct 25 ? i.e., I don’t get another bill come 1 Jan 25 for another 1000? Correct? I want to make sure it’s a renewal of a new contract period and not a top-up of an existing subscription. Can someone clarify for me please? Thanks!
