You may transfer the pick up station and let you friend pick up the item for you.
To do so, you are kindly asked to contact our SBB Contact Center, 0848 446 688 (CHF 0.08/Min).
Inform them about your reference number (Kxxx/xxxxxx) as well as the new preferred pick up station, and for your friend, prepare a written notice in your name, which allows your friend to pick up the item for you and a copy of your passport/ID. Your friend must carry a from of identification as well.
