Hello. I am trying to have bags delivered from Täsch to Zermatt. Can my delivery driver put bags on the train if no one is traveling on the train? Also, can these bags be stored in Zermatt station until I arrive?

No.

Bags must not be loaded by others than railway employees. To ship luggage, you must officially register and drop it at the counter / railway travel center yourself showing a valid ticket booked for yourself.

The railway travel center in Zermatt will take care of your luggage until you arrive and pick it up.

It is prohibited to load & ship unaccompanied / unattended luggage on public transport vehicles.

No, your luggage cannot travel alone on the train but must either be handed in at the railway counter in Täsch and we will arrive in Zermatt the day after next. Or you can have it picked up from your home or hotel to the hotel in Zermatt. You will find everything about the different luggage delivery methods here: Luggage | SBB
