I am on the train and the ticket controller came to check the ticket. I was taking like 2 min to search a online ticket on my SBB app cuz it was not showing the QR code. The ticket controller started showing her face and was rolling her eyes. I can understand that I was taking time to search the ticket on my app. She started saying in German „blöde Kühe“ i was like shocked and felt so disrespectful. I found the ticket and showed her. When I told her I can understand German and heard you saying that. She started to explain like yah you are taking so long time to show the ticket. There is only two people here in this early morning train. Sorry felt so disrespectful and disappointing SBB.
